Barrel and rack plating dryers

Jessup Engineering builds highly efficient plating barrel dryers and rack plating dryers in single and multi-cell configurations of open or closed top entry design. They may be integrated in-line with hoist automation, or used off-line in manual operations. Utility selections are gas, hot water, steam, and electric.

Commercially available centrifuge dryers may be integrated in-line or off-line as part of a plate and chromate line. De-water, bake, and cool-down ovens are also available in-line or off-line for relief of hydrogen embrittlement in plate, bake, and chromate plating equipment.
