Basket Systems and Equipment

Jessup Engineering pioneered the use of "milk bottle" style stainless steel baskets for automatic processing. Straight sided baskets are also available. Both designs are top or bottom grip-able, and process small parts or stampings without spillage. Typically oscillated in process tanks, Jessup automatic hoists lower work directly into centrifugal dryers. Programmable motion allows fully inverted unloading to reduce part damage and eliminate mixing. TheJessup method eliminates barreltobasket transfers common to older plating equipment.

Jessup Engineering designs also include positionable round, square, or rectangular shaped baskets constructed of poly or stainless steel. They may be open or closed as needed to suit customer needs. Designs may incorporate fixturing to assure a repeatable orientation or preclude damage to sensitive parts.
